FP&A Junior Associate

As a Junior Associate, you’ll serve as a trusted consultant to fast-growing companies, helping them build scalable financial infrastructure and make data-informed strategic decisions. This is a client-facing consultant role where you will work across industries, dive into client operations, and help design and execute high-impact financial strategies. You will support key workstreams, collaborate closely with client stakeholders, and contribute to meaningful, measurable results.

The FP&A Junior Associate will work closely with other members of the team and will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

●       Partner with clients to support delivery of high-quality financial strategy engagements.

●       Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and reporting dashboards.

●       Assist clients with budgeting, scenario planning, and strategic decision support.

●       Conduct financial analysis and assess business performance.

●       Analyze and report on variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts.

●       Collaborate with client teams to gather data and align on business goals.

●       Contribute to ad-hoc modeling, reporting, and investor-ready analysis.

●       Help prepare client-ready materials, presentations, and strategic deliverables.

Requirements

●       Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.

●       1-2 years of experience in a financial analyst, FP&A, or consulting role.

●       Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling.

●       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

●       Clear and confident communication skills- written and verbal.

●       Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

●       Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and client service.

●       Experience with financial tools is a plus.

●       Fluent English is a must.
