Engineering Tech Lead (Enterprise)

Description

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join our Enterprise domain, where we build robust, scalable infrastructure and intuitive user experiences that power governance at scale for some of the world’s largest organizations.

Imagine designing solutions that manage hundreds of thousands of users, and building features that ensure seamless permissioning, access control, and team orchestration across massive enterprise accounts. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to deliver impactful capabilities that empower organizations to operate securely and efficiently—without sacrificing experience.

As a tech lead developer, you'll lead major development efforts end-to-end, influence product strategy, and contribute to the broader technical vision of how scale and governance should look in a world-class SaaS platform.

About The Role

• Take full ownership of key features and capabilities, from ideation to implementation, including architecture, design, development, and post-deployment
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape delightful user experiences that solve complex enterprise pains
• Design scalable systems and services that manage enterprise-level governance, permissions, and user management
• Act as a technical leader, mentoring others and contributing to a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation
• Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability of both backend and frontend code
• Contribute to the domain’s roadmap, bringing a strong engineering voice into strategic planning discussions.
• Lead prototypes and cross-team initiatives, working with tech lead developers and architects across monday.com
  
  

• 6+ years of experience building Fullstack applications in a modern tech environment
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex features end-to-end, across backend and frontend
• Deep understanding of performance, scalability, and security considerations in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with React.js and Node.js (bonus: Ruby on Rails, AWS, Redis, MySQL, ElasticSearch)
• Product-oriented mindset—you care about building solutions users actually love
