Position Overview:

As a Senior Data Engineer at Clutch Security, you will architect and implement robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support detection, analytics, and product intelligence. Your work will power both real-time and batch insights that are critical to securing non-human identities across the enterprise. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform delivers reliable, high-fidelity, and actionable insights at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure for processing high-volume, real-time telemetry and identity data.
• Ensure data systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to define data strategy and infrastructure.
• Lead efforts in data governance, quality, and compliance.
• Support data science and machine learning initiatives through effective data architecture.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in data engineering roles, with hands-on experience in big data frameworks such as Spark. Familiarity with Iceberg is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Security & Privacy: Experience working with sensitive data and security telemetry a plus.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
