Position Overview:

As a Product Manager at Clutch Security, you’ll own and drive key areas of our platform, with a focus on delivering innovative and valuable features for securing non-human identities across complex enterprise environments. Your work will directly influence how customers discover, secure, and manage NHIs at scale. You’ll work closely with R&D, design, and research teams to define product strategy, shape the roadmap, and bring high-impact features to life. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where you’ll balance customer needs, technical possibilities, and business priorities to help Clutch stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy and roadmap for core areas of the Clutch platform.
• Work closely with customers, sales, and internal teams to gather feedback and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Use data and research to continuously validate product direction and decisions.

Qualifications:

• Experience:  5+ years in product management, ideally in cybersecurity.
• Technical Fluency: Ability to work effectively with engineering and understand technical concepts.
• Customer-Centric: Passion for solving real-world problems and driving customer value and tangible outcomes.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Education: Degree in a technical or business-related field preferred.
