The initiative emphasizes the critical distinction between builders, who foster growth and peace, and destroyers, who perpetuate violence and division. Through its platform, Builders of the Middle East advocates for co-existence, understanding, and the rejection of radicalism. By amplifying stories of unity and hope, the movement seeks to create a space where future generations can work together to build a Middle East defined not by conflict, but by collective progress and shared aspirations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven producer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, with a sharp eye for compelling content and the organizational skills to manage its production from ideation to distribution. You’ll play a critical role in shaping narratives, planning and executing multimedia content, and ensuring it performs across all platforms—especially Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and produce complex content daily on a global scale.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to manage content delivery, ideas, and scheduling.
• Ensure timely content distribution across platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels.
• Assist in the ideation, planning, production, and posting of stories across multiple platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance across platforms, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Identify and troubleshoot production challenges, proposing solutions and process improvements as needed.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contributors to ensure smooth execution and delivery of content.
• Take initiative to learn new tools and systems, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct in-depth research to uncover unique and impactful stories, trends, and ideas that align with the company's mission and audience interests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content production, preferably in digital media, journalism, or a related field.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of English (spoken and written)

• Experience in the Middle East media landscape.
• Familiarity with video editing tools and content creation platforms.
