Kol HaOt – Marketing Communications Manager

Kol HaOt, a Jerusalem based organization that integrates arts, education, and Jewish content, is seeking an experienced Marcom Manager to lead and implement our growth strategy over the coming years. This flexible 60-75% role can be partially remote and will require at least one day a week, plus presence at events, in person at our beautiful gallery space in the Hutzot Hayotzer artist lane in Jerusalem. 

About the Role

The Marcom Manager will work in close collaboration with Kol HaOt’s Creative Director and will report to our CEO. We are looking for someone with proven experience in marketing and communications strategy to develop a clear vision for our expansion and execute the plan by coordinating efforts across relevant platforms and contributors. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy for Kol HaOt.
• Ensure the execution of the strategy including coordination with team members (and, when relevant, manage work with  external vendors).
• Manage Kol HaOt’s online presence, including website updates, email marketing, and targeted boosted posts.
• Oversee social media and public relations efforts, including content planning, scheduling, and engagement.
• Create and maintain marketing schedules and lists to ensure smooth implementation.
• Write and refine marketing copy for various platforms, including emails, social media, and promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of around four years in marcom strategy and implementation.
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English, including writing marketing material.
• Excitement about arts, design, education, Jewish content, and the  wonderful things that happen when they all come together
• Familiarity with cultural organizations and creativeJewish work happening  in Israel.
• Familiarity with Jewish American communities and educational organizations in the U.S.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with Kol HaOt’s team.
• Helpful to be - connected to Jerusalem's cultural scene. Must be - inspired by Jerusalem's many facets.
