OTC Marketing Manager (3388)

A well-established and reputable healthcare company is looking for an experienced OTC Category Manager to join its Marketing Division and lead strategic marketing activities in the pharmaceutical sector.

In this key role, you will shape and drive the marketing strategy for a diverse OTC product portfolio, including skin ointments, eye drops, and dietary supplements—targeted at HMOs, pharmacies, medical institutions, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead strategic marketing plans for OTC products.
• Drive new product development and manage successful market launches.
• Conduct market research and forecasting to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with HMOs, pharmacies, healthcare institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams across manufacturing, trade, sales, medical reps, finance, and more.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Food Engineering, or Chemistry
• MBA – Strong Advantage
• At least 3 years of experience managing OTC brands or categories in a manufacturing company
• Proven experience working with medical reps, trade and sales teams.
• Experience working with HMOs, healthcare institutions, and pharmacies – Advantage
• Background in new product development and market launches
• Experience in medical promotion – Advantage
• Fluent Hebrew and high-level English
