Operation Asset servicing- Bank specialist- Back/Middle office

Team/Role Overview

• Direct custody clearing Operation – Securities services – Clear instructions with local market, dealing with market counterparties and local Stock Exchange.
• Processing Corporate action and income payments.
• Working with foreign institutional client, other Bank department as Legal, Market, Compliance, Cash team.
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Process Corporate Action events and payments.
• Checking Market announcement
• Identify and resolve Corporate Action events and payments issues.
• Tax reconciles and reporting to the local tax authorities
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
• Provide client services – client inquiries
  
  

What We’ll Need From You

• Solid and demonstrable experience in Back or middle office operation
• Technical Expertise: understanding of data modelling principles, tools, and technologies.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with team members, client, local market counterparties (Banks /Brokers)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance
