Summary:

Energean is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join the team in Haifa office. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing engineering projects related to our offshore operations, with a focus on the Energean Power FPSO. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Accountabilities:

Plan, organize, and execute engineering projects related to offshore operations, including FPSO units.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these parameters.
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to ensure project safety and integrity.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in project execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, civil, or petroleum engineering).
Professional engineering license (PE) preferred.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Experience with offshore operations, FPSO units, and/or subsea engineering is highly desirable.
