Business Applications Solutions Manager

Description

As a Business Applications Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for designing and planning business processes to drive operational effectiveness. You will evaluate and select the most appropriate systems and solutions, aligning technology with strategic business needs. You will participate in projects that span multiple departments and work closely with external vendors to implement and optimize business applications. In addition, you will oversee project budgets, manage software license renewals, and handle user management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Design and plan business processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Assess business needs and select appropriate systems and solutions.
• Manage and optimize core business applications (e.g., CRM, automation, integrations, analytics).
• Oversee and document system integrations and automation initiatives.
• Delegate tasks, set priorities, and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Produce clear, functional, and technical documentation for system processes.
• Lead collaborations with external vendors and cross-departmental project teams.
• Manage project budgets, software license renewals, and user access.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of business applications.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in managing business applications, system integrations, and business process optimization.
• 2+ years of experience in managing/implementing Salesforce.
• Direct, hands-on experience with integration tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, or similar, as well as cloud-based SaaS platforms.
• SQL knowledge - must have.
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, including solution design, implementation, deployment, user onboarding, and ongoing optimization.
• Demonstrated track record of assessing business needs, selecting optimal solutions, and designing scalable system architectures.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Proven project management ability; adept at handling multiple priorities and delivering results on time.
• Collaborative team player and self-starter, comfortable working across disciplines and with all levels of the organization.
