About the Role:
As a member of our global FP&A team, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budget control, and supporting business decision-making processes. The role involves working closely with managers and multiple stakeholders both in Israel and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Analyze variances between budget and actuals and provide recommendations
- Develop reports and analysis tools for business needs
- Provide ongoing financial support for departments and projects
- Build financial models and support strategic decision-making
- Collect, analyze, and present financial data to management
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering – required
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis – experience in a global company is a strong advantage
- Excellent Excel skills – mandatory
- Experience working with ERP systems – NetSuite is a plus
- High level of English – mandatory
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to clearly communicate financial data
