We are a global, multi-national team looking for a QA Manager, who wants to join our journey of developing state-of-the-art medical software.
The QA Manager is responsible for leading a team of testers, planning and executing testing strategies, and continuously improving quality assurance processes within the organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in manual software testing - a must.
- 2-3 years of experience in a direct management role - a must.
- Proven experience in leading a team, mentoring testers, and managing project timelines - a must.
- High level of English - a must.
- Familiarity with different types of testing (functional, regression, integration, usability, etc.).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and ensure software meets quality standards.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - an advantage.
- Experience with automation implementation and using automation tools - an advantage.
