What you’ll be doing

As a software engineer, computer vision infrastructure, you’ll be part of the computer vision and imaging team responsible for training, integrating and optimizing AI computer vision algorithms for use in Scopio’s products.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with MLops, computer vision and imaging algorithms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with researchers to optimize and integrate advanced algorithms into our product
• Developing Scopio’s computer vision production module
• Developing the ML infrastructure and tools for model training, evaluation and serving
• Collaborating with other R&D teams to define and design new systems and technologies
• Designing and implementing software from concept requirement to working product
• Redesigning existing software for new technologies and to improve performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent
• 3+ years experience developing software in Python
• 2+ year experience with SW design
• Experience with multiprocessing, dockers and Linux memory management
• Experience with modern software development process and tools
• Ability to lead concept development from design to implementation, testing, and deployment
• Appreciation for clean and well-documented code

The ideal candidate will also have

• Experience with image processing and computer vision
• Experience optimizing code using CPU & GPU
• Experience with MLops, both training and serving
• Medical device background
