Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Shipping and Logistics Specialist, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The The open position:

Shipping and Shipping & Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a detailed Shipping Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities of the role include:

·          Management of logistics processes in the company.

·          Management of the company's shipping of goods to over 130 countries worldwide including responsibility for meeting shipping schedules and the logistical coordination involved in shipping to each country.

·          Leading communication with the company's customers around the world on the one hand - and with the factories in China on the other.

·          Recovering outstanding payments.

·          Follow-up and coordination of shipping schedules and processes and Gantt chart management.

·          Organizing shipments, preparing the necessary documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of

the goods to their destinations to our customers around the globe.

·          Documentation and compliance, preparation of all necessary documentation compliant

with import and export laws.

·          Effective communication between suppliers, factories and internal team.

·          Creative solutions for problems and crises as they arise.

·          Identification of cost-saving opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

-         We are looking for our next star - to cope with daily challenges, to deal with multiple tasks, wide controllability, quickly absorb and process information, and lead and promote logistics & shipping processes for shipping.

-         Bachelor’s degree with excellence in a relevant field – advantage

-         2 years of experience in a relevant field – an advantage

-         Someone with excellent written and spoken English communication skills. (*Hebrew is not required but would be a bonus)

-         A hardworking person, highly motivated and driven to learn, develop and grow with us.

-         Self-starter with great attention to detail, order and organization. Ability to multi-task with strong decision-making skills

-         capability to analyze tasks and prioritize by importance.

-         Additional advantages:

·        Familiarity with toy/plastic/print manufacturing/industry

·        Experience in a logistics company and shipping from China
