Hardware Development Manager

We are looking for a Hardware Development Manager

Location: Matam, Haifa (onsite)

Ultrawis is a start-up company that develops Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) for cranes, with a vision to autonomous cranes at digital jobsites.

We’re looking for a Hardware Development Manager to lead and manage the design and integration of our next level miniature crane ADAS hardware.

About the Role:

•                    Work in a result oriented dynamic startup environment.

•                    Leading the redesign of our next phase system hardware components with a tough requirement of cost, performance and time to production.

•                    Leading the hardware system integration together with the software team leader.

•                    Managing Hardware NPI and Subcontractors.

•                    Direct interface with company operation and production leader.

•                    Report directly to the company chief system engineer and CEO.

Job Requirements:

•                    BSC in Electronic Engineering – a Must.

•                    A proven experience with requirements and specifications definition.

•                    3-5 of years of a proven experience in managing multidisciplinary system hardware design with overall system understanding.

•                    A proven experience in a board design from scratch to full production.

•                    A Proven experience from automotive industry hardware design - an advantage.

•                    A native leader person.
