Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team at SignalPET. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning techniques, a track record of delivering ML-based projects, and experience in computer vision, preferably with an understanding of large-scale systems.

SignalPET is a technology and AI leader in the veterinary field. Using state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and patented technology, SignalPET assists veterinarians in diagnosing and treating companion animals worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in data science, with an emphasis on deep learning techniques in real-world applications.
• Familiarity with computer vision and its applications; experience in the medical field is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver machine learning projects successfully.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant platforms, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and feature engineering.
• Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets is a plus
