Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting student to join our Finance team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills and build a strong foundation in accounting and finance operations.

The position is part-time, requiring a minimum commitment of 2–3 days a week



Your Ownership Will Include

• Processing and reviewing accounts payable transactions, including payments to both local and international vendors
• Performing credit card reconciliations
• Supporting the monthly billing cycle
• Reviewing and recording employee travel and expense reimbursements
• Ensuring proper tax withholding on vendor invoices
• Assisting with financial report preparation and annual audit documentation
• Analyzing and reconciling general ledger accounts
• Participating in month-end close activities and reporting
• Working within a multi-currency ERP system
• Preparing accounting memos and analyses
  
  

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting (2nd year or above – a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High level of English, both written and spoken
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
• Ability to complete tasks independently and proactively seek guidance when needed
• Basic understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or Israeli GAAP) – an advantage
