What You'll Do

• Craft Captivating Content: Design eye-catching digital marketing materials, including social media content (organic + paid), web banners, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and engaging ads.
• Optimize for Success: Support website updates and digital campaigns by creating assets perfectly optimized for web and mobile viewing.
• Master the Art of Image Perfection: Retouch, resize, and format images to ensure they shine on all digital platforms.
• Be a Brand Guardian: Maintain a consistent and elevated brand aesthetic across all digital channels.
• Collaborate and Create: Partner with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling visuals that align with our brand's identity and resonate with our audience.
• Stay Organized and On-Trend: Help maintain and organize digital design files and assets while staying up-to-date on the latest design trends and industry best practices.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Digital/Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience specifically in digital design (experience in luxury, fashion, & retail brands a major plus!).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Exceptional skills in font usage, typography, and layout.
• Working knowledge of animated .gif creation.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce & social media channel asset best practices.
• Up-to-date on the latest digital trends for both desktop and mobile.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organized, proactive, and takes initiative.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and see projects through from start to finish with minimal direction.
