System Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central and influential role in shaping the digital products and processes that impact millions of users, while working with senior stakeholders across a dynamic, complex organization.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the formulation and optimization of business requirements across multiple digital initiatives

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and effectively manage relationships with internal clients

• Manage cross-functional matrix teams and external interfaces to ensure project success

• Collaborate closely with business units, development, QA, and UX teams throughout the product lifecycle—from planning to launch and ongoing iterations

• Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and evolving business needs

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specification documents (user stories), including: process architecture, flow design, UI components, and system interfaces

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and task execution

• Prioritize and manage backlog items for development and QA (R&D) teams

Qualifications:

• 4–5+ years of experience in systems analysis, writing technical specifications, and working with databases and APIs — advantage for experience in digital and mobile products

• 3+ years of project management experience within large delivery organizations, overseeing full-cycle implementations from requirements gathering to development and testing

• Proven experience in specifying WEB and MOBILE applications

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong control over timelines and deliverables

• Background in software development and architectural understanding — an advantage

• Experience in the insurance and finance sectors — an advantage

• Relevant bachelor’s degree required
