As a Real Estate Lawyer with our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of real estate transactions, representing clients in all aspects of buying, selling, leasing, and developing properties throughout Israel. Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and title examinations.
• Advise clients on zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, and liens.
• Represent clients in real estate litigation and dispute resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with other members of the firm on complex legal matters.
  
  

• 2-5+ years of experience practicing real estate law in Israel.
• Licensed to practice law in Israel.
• Bilingual proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of Israeli real estate law and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Business-minded and motivated to generate revenue through successful deal closings.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate.
