• Conduct in-depth, personal interviews – assessing, guiding, and supporting candidates

• Maintain ongoing contact with clients, hiring managers, and tech leaders

• Work with cutting-edge tools, recruitment systems, and AI technologies

• Be part of the daily decision-making: accurate matchmaking, process building, and strategic input

• Run high-quality sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms

💥 Who are we looking for?

• 1–3 years of experience in tech recruitment – this is a junior-level role

• A self-starter with strong execution skills, able to own full-cycle processes

• A sharp, sales-minded person who connects easily and moves people into action

• Tech-curious and eager to learn new tools and approaches

• A relevant academic degree – in HR, social sciences, etc. – is an advantage
