Senior System Engineer

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join its growing multidisciplinary team. The company delivers precise, innovative, and agile solutions while focusing on operational effectiveness and technological excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development of full systems or subsystems from concept through production.

Translate customer requirements into system-level designs and technical specifications.

Manage and resolve complex engineering conflicts across domains.

Oversee and execute system-level integration, validation, and testing activities.

Write and review system documentation, including specifications and architecture.

Collaborate with subcontractors and define technical work plans, requirements, and deliverables.

Requirements:

B.Sc. or higher in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.

5+ years of experience in system engineering roles within multidisciplinary defense or aerospace projects.

Proven ability to lead system design, integration, and verification.

Experience working with military-grade technologies and operational environments – a plus.

Strong communication and technical leadership skills.

Fluent in English.
