Tech Lead/Architect

What You’ll Do

• Design and build secure, scalable software solutions using modern tech stacks

• Lead end-to-end development efforts and mentor engineers

• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and data science teams

• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (GenAI, voice interfaces, etc.)

• Contribute to architecture, code quality, CI/CD, and documentation

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development (Java, JS/TS, Python)

• Strong full-stack skills, especially with React, microservices, and cloud (AWS/GCP)

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes

• Familiarity with LLMs, AI tools, and voice/avatar tech

• Strong collaboration, mentorship, and communication skills

• Passion for experimentation and interest in fintech solutions
