Job Description:

The head of Systems and Applications will be responsible for defining the IT strategy and implementing the key systems in the organization – BI, ERP, CRM, and E-commerce.

In this role, you will work closely with global cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define solutions, and identify opportunities for process improvements and systems optimization.

You will also be responsible for managing the global IT-related projects - schedules, budget, and resource plan.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute ERP, CRM, and BI projects, including project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data flows between systems, identify pain points, and process improvement opportunities.
• Implement Systems and Application projects - Hands-on business management including Requirements definition, development, configuration, validation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Proactively assess global user needs and system functionality; evaluate new applications and initiate solutions to increase efficiency and visibility across the organization.
• Manage the change management process - communication, training, and documentation.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the system using KPIs.
• Manage the technical support for our systems and applications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Computer Science.
• 8-10 years of experience in Systems and Applications implementation in a global, multinational organization.
• Background with: Data analytics, data warehouse, and BI processes, ERP (Finance, Supply chain, Planning), and CRM.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP, and Monday.com CRM – an advantage.
• Experience in establishing interfaces between systems with automation tools like Make or similar platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with databases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Multi-disciplinary, highly motivated with excellent coordination skills and ability to perform within a fast-growing and changing environment.
• Excellent in English speaking and writing.
