We’re scaling aggressively and looking for a sharp, performance-obsessed Acquisition Manager to lead our paid growth across Google and Meta.

What You’ll Do

• Launch, scale, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook (Meta)
• Own and monitor performance based on Cost Per Trial (CPT)—that’s your north star
• Work closely with the Growth Manager to develop and test new acquisition strategies
• Collaborate with creative teams to guide ad angles, hooks, and formats—especially video
• Know what kind of creative works (and why), and help guide iterations to keep performance high
• Analyze audience performance, funnel drop-offs, and landing page behavior

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience running performance-driven campaigns on Google and Meta
• Must have managed $100K+ monthly budgets
• Deep understanding of video performance in paid social and how to test hooks, lengths, and structures
• Strong grasp of funnel dynamics, CPT optimization, and creative strategy
• Curious, proactive, and hungry to grow in a high-speed environment
• Bonus: Experience in a SaaS company
