Senior Information Technology Project Manager

 Responsibilities

Office Move Project – Security and IT Focus 

● Serve as the dedicated project manager for the global office move initiative, with a 

primary focus on Security and IT domain responsibilities. 

● Coordinate planning and execution of security infrastructure setup, IT systems 

integration, access controls, and technology needs associated with the relocation. 

● Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and budgets in collaboration with Security, IT, Facilities, and People teams. 

● Ensure compliance with security policies, IT standards, and operational resilience 

requirements throughout the move. 

● Act as the central point of contact for leadership and stakeholders regarding move 

status, risks, and escalations. 

Security and IT Project Management 

● Lead and manage a portfolio of Security and IT projects, including: 

    ○ Security infrastructure initiatives (e.g., IAM, Cloud Security enhancements) 

○ IT compliance and operational initiatives (e.g., JSM Implementation, DLP projects) 

○ Cross-team process improvements and automations. 

● Facilitate end-to-end project planning, execution tracking, risk management, and 

stakeholder communications. 

● Ensure timely, on-scope, and quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

Recruitments:

5 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in Security, IT, or 

technology-driven organizations. 

● Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects (experience with 

office moves or physical security projects is a plus). 

● Strong understanding of Security and IT operational environments. 

● Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

● Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence. 

● Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and drive projects to 

completion in a fast-paced environment. 

● PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are an advantage.
