Innocom is looking for a Citrix System Administrator with extensive knowledge of Virtualization and Digital Workspace to join our local Citrix team.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in proactive delivery, spots performance issues, analyzes problems in Citrix Virtual Desktop and Citrix Collaboration products
- Provide technical solutions, support,t and assessment to meet customer/partner needs
- Understands customer/partner requirements for successful project delivery
- Bridge communications between Customer/Partner and Citrix support team
Requirements:
- Knowledge in the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure world (Citrix, VMware, Microsoft)
- Knowledge in Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, CA, Kerberos, DN,S and IIS)
- Ability to optimize Group Policy Objects and User Profile
- PowerShell Scripting – an advantage
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience
- Security clearance - an advantage
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new products and updates
- Team Player and a High level of customer service skills
- English – high level
