Role Description

As a QC Inspector at Valcare Medical, you will support the incoming and in-process inspection process, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements to contribute to the development of high-quality medical devices 🚀

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming inspections of goods, components, and sub-assemblies.
• Perform quality inspections during the assembly process.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to support product development.
• Assist in preparing implants and accessories for in vitro and pre-clinical studies.
• Work within the Controlled Environment Area (CEA) to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and manage the usage of materials in the ERP system.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the ERP system.
• Support equipment calibration and maintenance.

✅ Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry, ideally in quality control.
• Experience in the cardiovascular field is a plus.
• Familiar with quality control processes and industry standards.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and inspecting components.
• Technical qualifications are a plus.
