This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruiter located in Kfar Saba. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating the recruitment process for foreign language speakers. The role involves managing job postings, networking with international companies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing skills
• Experience in candidate sourcing and screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation and networking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Fluency in English and at least one other foreign language
• Experience in international recruitment is a plus
