About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Support Engineer with strong experience in semiconductor testing equipment to join our team. This role focuses on supporting testers, handlers, and probers used in wafer sort and final test environments.

If you're a Practical Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting ATE systems, and you're passionate about solving technical problems in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert technical support for semiconductor testers, handlers, and probers in production and R&D environments.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure system uptime.
• Support equipment installation, setup, calibration, and upgrades.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues and optimize equipment performance.
• Document technical support activities and maintain accurate service records.
• Train operators and junior staff on equipment use and basic maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Practical Engineer in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with semiconductor equipment
• Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, schematics, and service manuals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently or in a team.
