We’re seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Conversation Agent to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support across AVA’s global operations. This role is focused on engaging with customers through multiple communication channels, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Team player
At least 1 year of experience in a (telephone) sales position
English Speaker or mother tongue level – written and verbal – Must
Experience in the financial/CFD industry
Strong communication skills, assertive with the ability to close sales
Background in economics or finance
Familiarity with computers and experience using basic Office programs and CRM solutions
Highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
