Hiring: Clinical Research Instructor – ADAMS Center, Sheba Medical Center

About the Role:

The ADAMS Center at Sheba Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Instructor for a unique role that blends technological training with clinical insight. This position involves guiding clinical teams in the use of a cutting-edge platform for retrieving and analyzing big data, leveraging advanced tools such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

·Provide one-on-one and group training sessions for physicians, nurses, and medical staff

·Offer ongoing support to both new and advanced users of the platform

·Collaborate with development teams to improve user experience and data quality

·Assist in gathering user needs and tailoring system solutions accordingly

Required Education:

·Master’s degree (mandatory) in one of the following: Medicine, Allied Health Professions, Health Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Health Systems Management, or a related field

Key Qualifications:

·Excellent instructional and interpersonal communication skills

·Strong proficiency in Excel and medical information systems

·High technical aptitude and fast learning curve for new systems

·Outstanding organizational skills, task prioritization, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

·Professional-level English

Required Experience:

·Proven experience training users on medical software – mandatory

·Familiarity with clinical information systems – mandatory

·Experience working with medical data and data cleansing – mandatory

·Background in medical research – an advantage
