IT Manager

As our IT Manager, you will serve as the central point of contact for all technology-related needs, both on-site and remote. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the supervision, maintenance, and security of our computer systems, while driving strategic IT initiatives aligned with our business goals. In this role, you will lead a team of IT professionals to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions that support our business goals.

What you’ll do

Infrastructure & Operations

• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate day‑to‑day IT operations.
• Identify system vulnerabilities and implement security measures in alignment with CISO directives.
• Audit systems regularly and assess outcomes to recommend improvements.
• Develop and manage the annual IT budget and operational plans.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through vendor negotiations, process improvements, and technology consolidation.

Systems Design & Implementation

• Design, develop, and coordinate IT policies, procedures, and system configurations.
• Lead projects to deploy new hardware, software, and network enhancements.

Security & Compliance

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats.
• Partner with the CISO to enforce company‑wide security policies.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ hands-on years of progressive IT experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Hands-on experience working with networking and network hardware, specifically Fortinet (FW, SW, AP)
• Hands-on experience working with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Hands-on experience working with IDP, mainly Active Directory, Azure AD and Okta.
• Hands-on experience working with Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience working with MS Entra. (365 Admin)
• Hands-on experience working with MDM, namely MS Intune.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project‑management skills.
