About the Role:

The Digital & IT Division at Sheba Medical Center, including the pioneering CORTEX development group, is leading the development of cutting-edge digital applications and systems for patients and medical professionals. We are looking for a Digital Project & Product Manager to join our Digital Team and lead impactful digital transformation initiatives that shape the future of healthcare in Israel and around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

·End-to-end management of digital projects

·Leading digital products across all lifecycle stages

·Gathering needs, defining requirements, and writing specifications

·Customizing or identifying new solutions based on organizational needs

·Daily collaboration with development teams

·Performing product acceptance testing

·Managing cross-functional interfaces within the organization and with external stakeholders

·Solving problems and finding creative solutions to overcome challenges

Requirements:

·3–5 years of experience in managing digital projects or products – mandatory

·Strong knowledge of IT systems and digital technologies – mandatory

·Proven experience in product management – mandatory

·Experience working with technical teams (e.g., IT, cybersecurity, development)

·Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills

·Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities

·Proven track record in leading projects on time and within scope

·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

·Experience in healthcare systems – significant advantage

·Broad business and process understanding

·Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
