We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Road & Traffic Engineer to join international engineering team. The ideal candidate will lead complex transportation projects from concept to execution, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the globe.

• Lead the design and planning of urban and interurban road and traffic infrastructure
• Manage coordination with public authorities, municipalities, consultants, and project managers
• Conduct traffic analyses, simulations, and temporary traffic arrangements
• Prepare engineering documents, technical reports, and design presentations
• Support implementation phases with engineering solutions
• Utilize advanced planning tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SIDRA, VISSIM, etc.)
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to planning teams

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering – mandatory
• Minimum 7 years of experience in road and traffic design – mandatory
• Proven track record in managing large-scale transportation projects
• Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SIDRA, VISSIM, or similar)
• Fluent in English – written and spoken (daily work with global teams)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in an international company – advantage
