Back End Developer

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our team and take a central role in building our core systems from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to develop a product from scratch in a dynamic startup environment, working closely with the founding team and across domains.

What you’ll do:

• Develop backend services using Java (Spring Boot).
• Work within a modern microservices setup.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable backend architecture.
• Build and maintain internal APIs for client-facing applications and service integrations.
• Work in a cloud-native environment (AWS preferred), including CI/CD, infrastructure, and monitoring.
• Use Docker and Kubernetes to support containerized development and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with frontend and AI engineers to deliver complete product features.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, and help shape backend development practices.
• Handle performance, scalability, and reliability challenges in a growing production environment.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Kotlin, or other JVM-based languages.
• Solid understanding of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
• Comfortable working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building APIs and backend logic for client-facing applications.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a startup or early-stage company environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Curiosity and drive to work with modern technologies and engineering practices.
