We’re lean, fast, and creative, and now looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who’s eager to grow into a future leadership role.

Your Mission

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll work in the marketing team to scale our ad performance, manage influencer partnerships, and lead UGC production process for our marketing campaigns.

This is a broad, execution-focused role ideal for someone passionate about music, marketing, and creative.

What You’ll Do

• 🎯 Manage and scale Meta ad creatives: work on hooks, write briefs, oversee UGC production, and test variations weekly.
• 📱 Coordinate influencer collaborations: outreach, negotiate partnerships, and manage deliverables from TikTokers, Reels creators, and YouTubers.
• 🧩 Collaborate with product & customer support: suggest landing page optimizations, collect insights from artist feedback, and improve conversion flows.
• 💬 Assist with retention marketing: coordinate email promotions, upsell offers, and any marketing activities that help increase retention.

Who You Are

• You’ve managed or contributed to paid campaigns (Meta Ads/Google Ads).
• You understand what makes a scroll-stopping ad or hook.
• You’re comfortable working with creators, influencers, or freelancers.
• You’re highly organized and can manage multiple creative projects at once.
• You’re curious about performance metrics, eager to test & learn.
• Bonus: you have interest or experience in the music or creator economy.
