The Marketing Division at Dr. Fischer is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead a new strategic business field.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop the marketing strategy for the new business field, bring it into actionable plans, and execute them in collaboration with various departments at the company's headquarters and manufacturing sites.
Managing marketing and communication processes, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and online sales/marketing.
Lead the development of new products — from concept and ideation, through briefing, to marketing and commercialization.
Managing a brand manager.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager/ Category Manager.
MBA degree.
High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English.
Experience managing employees, particularly in the marketing field, is an advantage.
Experience in marketing or product development in the consumer goods sector - an advantage.
Experience working with international suppliers or customers is an advantage.
