Budget Control Officer

Sheba Research Authority is looking for a Budget Control Officer

Job Responsibilities:

- Assisting researchers in preparing research budgets for grant applications.

- Monitoring milestones for reporting and collection throughout the grant's lifecycle.

- Assisting researchers in preparing financial reports.

- Developing R&D budgets for Research Authority's programs.

- Conducting training sessions for researchers.

- Working with interfaces within Sheba and externally.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in sciences, economics, or business administration; Master’s degree is an advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

- Service-oriented mindset.

- Strong self-management skills.

- Previous administrative experience – mandatory.

- Previous relevant experience in an academic institution – mandatory.

- Proficiency in computer applications – mandatory.
