Cloud Support Engineer

Required Skills:

Knowledge in GCP Data Products.

Basic understanding in Python and SQL languages.

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Should know proper email etiquettes.

Good understanding skills.

Ability and desire to take initiative.

Must be an active listener.

Should have good problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Will be responsible for handling cases and taking ownership of the same.

Monitoring the case and maintaining proper follow up.

Need to check the logs of the customer environment.

Come up with Python and SQL scripts.

Perform metric analysis.

Work with Product engineers for further troubleshooting.

Reproduce the issue whenever required in test environment.

Need to handle calls with the customer in order to understand the issue if required.

Conducting end-to-end analyses, including data collection, processing, and analysis.

Adhere the SLO, TRT, CES and Hygiene of the declared process.
