Technical Support Engineer (JavaScript & Java)
We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong JavaScript and Java skills to join our dynamic frontend team, supporting five mission-critical UI applications used by internal and external SAP users.
In this role, you’ll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, analyze logs, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. You’ll work with tools like Dynatrace and Kibana, contribute to improving our knowledge base, and communicate solutions clearly and professionally.
What you’ll do:
- Provide timely technical support and resolve customer issues
- Debug JavaScript and Java applications
- Analyze logs and monitor system performance
- Collaborate with developers to solve complex problems
- Maintain technical documentation for self-service support
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 2+ years of experience in JavaScript and Java development
✔️ Experience with Dynatrace, Kibana, and log analysis
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
✔️ Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset
✔️ Bonus: DevOps knowledge, familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow, cloud services, APIs
