We’re looking for a sharp, confident, and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing finance team. If you’re a multitasker with a knack for numbers and the confidence to manage client communication, this role is for you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer billing, invoicing, and payment collections
• Handle bank reconciliations and credit card settlements
• Issue invoices and receipts, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and maintain strong client relationships

🔹 Who You Are:

• Assertive, confident, and not afraid to pick up the phone to chase down payments
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication skills in both Hebrew and English

🔹 What We Offer:

• Flexible hours: 08:00-15:00 or 09:00-16:00 (7-hour workday)
• Hybrid work model: One work-from-home day after the training period
• Competitive salary: 10,000-11,000 NIS
