We’re hiring a Backend Developer to join a leading financial organization based in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs within a complex financial ecosystem

-Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python (3.12) and C# using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

-Work with SQL Server databases: design schemas, optimize indexes, and write high-performance queries

-Use tools like VS Code and Visual Studio 2022 for day-to-day development tasks

-Implement unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and maintainability

-Apply OOP principles and best practices in backend development

-Utilize Entity Framework Core (EF Core) for database operations

Requirements:

5 years of experience in backend development
Experience with Python 3.12, VS Code, pandas, NumPy, unit testing, and logging
Proficiency in SQL Server: schema design, indexing, and writing optimized queries
Experience in designing and developing APIs using ASP.NET Core / .NET Core with C#, in a development environment using Visual Studio 2022 / VS Code
Experience with EF Core, strong understanding of OOP, experience working with Git, and writing unit and integration tests
