The company has tripled its capacity in the past four years, handling over 300,000 tons of cargo annually.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Shoham. The Sales Agent will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating sales leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable logistics solutions. The Sales Agent will also be involved in insurance-related services and participate in training programs to stay updated on industry standards and practices.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to generate leads and close sales
• Knowledge or experience in Insurance services
• Willingness to participate in Training programs and continuous learning
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Relevant experience in the logistics or air cargo industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
