Responsibilities:

Write up descriptions of new features and write procedures on how to configure them.
Work directly with R&D to obtain information of new features.

Requirements:

5 years’ experience (not mandatory) in writing technical documentation in English.
Native English speaker (or similar level).
Excellent technical writing skills -- ability to write clearly, accurately, and concisely.
Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to communicate effectively between different departments (R&D and Product Management)
Team player.
Multi-tasking capabilities.
Familiar with MadCap Flare and Microsoft Word (Photoshop and Visio -- advantageous)
