Experienced UX/UI Designer – Complex Systems

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead and work hands-on with the design team, creating human-centric interfaces for a wide array of applications, websites, and complex enterprise systems. This role demands a professional with strong leadership skills, hands-on design experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and user-focused UX/UI solutions for applications, websites, and enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Lead the Handover process to development teams, offering ongoing support and collaboration during implementation phases.
• Work within Agile teams, utilizing tools such as Jira and Monday.com for task management and progress tracking.
• Leverage expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced proficiency in Figma, maximizing its capabilities for effective design collaboration.
• Create and maintain high-quality design documentation, including detailed design systems, to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
• Manage design projects for large-scale clients, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining design quality.
• Collaborate across teams, including development, product management, and client-facing stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Previous experience as a Studio Manager or managing a design team is a strong advantage.
• Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within an IT services or enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems with detailed documentation.
• Experience working with large corporate clients or enterprises.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Monday.com.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
