Project Technical Assistant (Civil Engineer)

Responsibilities:

• Project Engineering / Design Management of Light Rail Transit project activities involving Rail Systems and Civil disciplines.
• Assist the Engineering teams in deploying project management processes, implementing workflows, developing working methods, and engaging in any other activities that promote the achievement of project deliverables.
• Preparation of project control and engineering materials.
• Support the design management activities.
• Help develop templates and frameworks for Light Rail project activities
• Liaison between the client team and the WSP engineering teams.
• Help in preparation of technical reports/presentations/charts/databases.

Perform site inspections and help prepare reports in conformance with the project standards.

Experience and Qualification:

• 1-2 years' experience in industrial projects management
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Advanced level of skills and proficiency in all Microsoft work environments and applications
• Proven experience with communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and similar tools.
• Interest in advanced technologies and innovation, ready to contribute and grow in the digital world of WSP.
• Logical and methodical in preparing and undertaking work activities

• Reliable in attendance and able to meet tight deadlines
