Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lab Operator to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating laboratory equipment, design experiments and analyzing data. You will play a critical role in supporting experiments effort across multiple domains, handling data collection and analyzing and contributing in day-to-day lab operations.

This role requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong passion for innovation and problem-solving in the field of chemistry and materials engineering.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Conduct experiments, measurements and troubleshooting on various advanced analytical and electrical systems.
•  Assist in data analysis from various experiments in multiple domains.
• Write and design SOPs (standard operating procedures) and experimental protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operating laboratory equipment in a chemical laboratory.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry - Advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• An effective team player with a proactive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Hands-on experience with Gas Chromatography, Infrared spectroscopy and analytical equipment - Advantage.
