Internal Project Manager at WITTIX
Job Description:
The Project Manager at WITTIX will be responsible for leading technological and strategic projects in the fintech domain, including the development and enhancement of advanced financial products, resource management, and planning and executing work plans. Additionally, the role includes managing internal organizational projects, coordinating across departments, fostering internal collaboration, and tracking project performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technological and strategic projects: Planning, execution, monitoring, and control in a dynamic fintech environment.
• Manage internal organizational projects: Coordination between development, marketing, sales, technical support, and customer service departments.
• Cross-departmental collaboration: Facilitate cooperation between product, development, DevOps, support, and marketing teams to enhance processes and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional work teams: Manage projects involving both internal and external stakeholders.
• Define goals and objectives: Plan schedules, manage risks, and maintain project budgets.
• Track project progress: Identify challenges and provide real-time solutions.
• Prepare technical and business status reports: Present data and project analyses to senior management.
• Implement project management methodologies: Utilize Agile and Scrum approaches and maintain ongoing work processes.
Mandatory Requirements:
• At least 3–5 years of experience in managing technological and/or internal projects, preferably in fintech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in complex technological environments.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday, Confluence.
• Experience working in matrixed teams and interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Strong team management skills across both technical and business teams.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and international clients.
• High-level English proficiency – both written and spoken.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience working across various departments in a large organization.
• Familiarity with financial systems, digital payments, and digital wallets.
• Experience with distributed payment systems and Kafka.
• Technical knowledge in languages such as Node.js, Go, or Microservices architectures.
• Understanding of international fintech regulations (e.g., PSD2).
