General Position Description
This position includes managing Lenovo Consumer sales assigned customers, uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo products and selling in competition conditions.
Representative will configure, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support.
Position Responsibilities Include
- Regularly visit customers whilst representing and taking care of Lenovo Business Development interests.
- Establish relationships with new customers.
- Build multi-quarter account plans for the Israeli consumer key accounts.
- Manage and optimize sell in-sell out relations on a weekly and quarterly basis.
- Assign and push through selling plans.
- Pro-active Business marketing approach in planning to achieve high levels of ROI, increased share of wallet and focused activities.
- Work In line with profitability plan, I.E balance of volume/profit ratio, as well as entry, mid high-end product mixing.
- Ensure and positively promote the Lenovo brand values via selected consumer channels.
- Provide feedback to company and sales management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs and opportunities to achieve greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
- Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to develop improved sales tools.
- Consistently Report sales activity, Lead generation and follow up on opportunities.
- Special Promotion, creativity and mail shooting.
- B.A in Economics and Business Administration.
- Sales experience- Must.
- Proven face-to-face sales track record.
- Self-motivated and pro-active mentality.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Self-confident, team player and assertive with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Energetic, sales driven and ambitious attitude with a “must win” approach.
